What is an ATS — and do UAE companies really use one?
An Applicant Tracking System is software that collects CVs and sorts them before a recruiter reads them. Most medium and large employers in the UAE use one. It's why a strong person with a hard-to-read CV can hear nothing for weeks.
What's a good score?
